There are not many hotels set in such beautiful countryside. Cameley lodge looks out over Cameley Lakes in the Cam Valley in the Parish of Cameley and Temple Cloud.

There is nothing better than listening to the birds, whilst enjoying home cooked fresh food on the terrace and watching anglers casting their line at that rising trout. The Limestone Link meanders through the Cam Valley towards Cheddar.

Only 10 miles travelling to visit Bristol, Bath, Wells and 9 miles from Bristol Airport it is the ideal location to make your base when staying in the West Country.

Just off the Mendip Hills Cameley Lodge really is a perfect place to stop if on a cycling or walking holiday. Bikes can be securely locked away overnight.

If travelling abroad on holiday, being only a short distance from Bristol International Airport,Cameley is just the place to stop if needing to catch an early morning flight.

Trout fishing (Fly) is available on Cameley Lakes as long as the appropriate licences are obtained.

Accommodation

A small hotel set in a quiet location away from Bristol but within easy driving distance.

?We have nine, individually designed rooms each with their own character and unique features. All rooms are ensuite and have TV, direct-dial phone, tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, iron and ironing board as standard.

There is a lift to the first floor, with 5 bedrooms fully accessible without walking up any stairs, indeed access from the car park to your bedroom door is stair free. We will be pleased to advise you and your friends on the best bedroom option to suit your own personal requirements (call us on 01761 452790). We also have a disabled bedroom available if required.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 am until 9.30 am Monday - Friday and 8.00 am - 9.30 pm Saturday and Sunday. A complimentary Continental Breakfast consisting of Cereals, Fruit Juice and Tea or Coffee is included in your room rate. A full breakfast menu is also available at an extra charge.

Throughout the summer a bar snack style menu is served with "specials" available each evening.

Dining

?Our restaurant is set looking out over the gardens at Cameley Lodge and can seat around 45 guests.

Decorated with modern art designed especially for Cameley Lodge by Janet Rogers it is a beautiful setting for a quiet dinner, we offer home-made "specials" each evening from 6.000pm - 8.00pm varying in price from £9.95 to £19.95.

Functions


Functions The main function room at Cameley Lodge will comfortably seat 100 guests for a variety of functions from anniversary to Rotary dinners and corporate events. A variety of menus are always available from banquets to formal dinners, hot buffets to barbeques. With splendid views overlooking beautiful English countryside, the natural setting will compliment your special occasion.

Entertainment can be arranged in the form of either a live band, disco or comedian to add to your evening.

The bar which adjoins both function rooms can also be used as a reception area for your guests prior to dining. It is fully stocked with major brands, draught beers and boasts a comprehensive wine list.

Conferences

Be it a training day, group meeting or board meeting, Cameley Lodge offers you a private venue with a relaxed working atmosphere for upto 80 delegates.

There are two rooms available for conferences, both of which have natural daylight and are designed to meet the needs of the discerning conference buyer and delegates alike. Wireless internet connection’s and telephone facilties are also included as standard.

Located just 10 miles from Bristol, Bath and Wells 13 miles from the M4/M5 with car parking for up to 60 cars it is the ideal venue.
