Europe’s largest & Free street art and graffiti festival, Upfest, has announced its return to Bristol on 29th – 31st July 2017, bringing Europe’s largest live arts festival to the streets for a ninth year. The 2016 edition saw a record-breaking 300 artists from over 40 countries attend, painting super-sized street murals, shop front shutters and boards in more than 30 venues and locations all over Bedminster, Bristol. Bristol Thai Festival 2017Bristol Thai Festival 2017 (Thai & Multi Cultural Food Festival)
Taking place in Bristol’s Millennium Square, the two-day Multi & Thai Cultural Food Festival will bring a taste of the East back to the city. There will be a colourful traditional costume parade, live music, Thai foods and produce stalls to enjoy. Visitors can refresh themselves in the beer garden while enjoying the traditional dancing and the catwalk and costume fashion show. It’s a fun event aimed at the whole family. 29th - 30th July. Vintage Transport FestivalVintage Transport Festival
A special weekend celebrating our rich road, rail and river transport heritage. See static buses, vintage vehicles, caravans, trains and more! Enjoy a ride behind our steam and diesel locomotives, (including visiting engine Willy the Well-Tank) take a ride on a vintage bus, see static displays of vintage vehicles at Bitton station and enjoy a short trip onboard historic fire-boat ‘Pyronaut’ from the jetty at the end of the line.
