Bar BS3 Ashton- Big Screen Venue
Rob and Sarah welcome all customers both old and new to their bar in the heart of Ashton.
Formerly The Rising Sun public house, the Bar BS3 on Ashton road takes its name from the local area postcode.
Rob and Sarah took over the Pub in 2007 and have worked hard in transforming the Bar from a run down public house into one of south Bristol’s premier local venues. They have replaced the shabby outdated décor and have replaced it with a stylish interior which offers something for all age groups.
A wide selection of premium lagers and a choice of real ales compliments a a great choice of wines, ciders and spirits, with pitchers of cocktails are available.

The venue offers a full entertainment programme of live bands, tribute acts, disco nights, karaoke, quiz and race nights will run throughout the week.
Bar BS3 boasts 2 giant screens, 4 large plasma TV’s together with cinema quality surround sound, making THE venue for watching all live TV sport including games shown on the new Setanta channel.
The refurbished skittle alley and new pool table keep their places to house the many teams who are now based at Bar BS3. The back bar offers a quieter, more traditional lounge feel.
There is a large covered outdoor smoking area available and a huge garden.
Another highlight of this bar is the top quality grill menu being served seven days a week at lunchtimes and evenings.
