We are the largest independent builders merchant in our home city of Bristol, expanding in more recent years, we now have 8 branches serving Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
At the end of 2008, we won two national awards for Best Customer Service by a Builder’s Merchant and Best Training Initiative by a Builders Merchant at the Builder’s Merchants Awards For Excellence. This builds on our excellent record where we were runner up for Best Customer Service in 2007, and winner in 2006, along with being a runner up for Best Training Initiative. We are very keen to keep our unique relationship with our customers the way it is, and enhance this as we grow.
