Extremely popular with both local and Chinese students, offering for the first time in Bristol a cooked all you can eat buffet, hence A La Carte Buffet! We are not an ordinary buffet, as each dish is cooked to order allowing the freshness of each dish to be served. This will take time like any other A La Carte restaurants; therefore our food will not be sitting around inside buffet containers like the normal buffet restaurants.
