Opened recently, the gym facility is equipped with brand new state of the art equipment with a separate free weights area. Included within the membership is access to our new sauna and steam room for relaxing your muscles after a hard workout. With bar, catering and cafe facilities available, it’s the perfect venue to begin and end your day.

Squash
We have 2 newly refurbished glass backed courts available for hire throughout the day and evening. Open from 7am – 10pm, it’s a great way of improving your general fitness.

We are proud to deliver a new concept in artificial grass. Specifically designed for your sport, this cutting edge technology brings you the closest experience to playing on first class natural turf all year round. No more muddy goalmouths or matches called off for waterlogged pitches! We also have the capability of configuring the pitch into the optimum size for your needs. Even when it’s dark outside, play is always possible under the carefully designed floodlights. Bookings available for a variety of sports throughout the week. To make a booking please contact us. All pitches are floodlit and available for hire to 10pm.

Treatment Rooms
We have 2 large rooms available for hire which would suit a variety of usage from sports massage/physiotherapy through to beauty and aromatherapy treatments.
Also on-site is a brand new sauna and steam room to relax after your exercise.
